|July 28, 2014
90 days prior to Convention
|Deadline for submission of resolutions to be automatically included on the Convention calendar. These will be posted to the web after review by the appropriate committees.
Resolutions received later than this date may be added to the calendar of Convention by a two-thirds vote of Convention.,They will not appear on the web until after that vote.
|Early-Mid August||Online registration will open for congregational or institutional delegations and other individuals. Information for overnight housing in the area will also be available.
Notice will be sent when the site is open.
|August 25, 2014
60 days prior to Convention
|Filing deadline for nominations for elective offices to be posted to the web.
They will be posted by August 27th.
Nominations received after this deadline will be posted to the web October 18th (see below).
|October 17, 2014
Five business days before Convention
|Nominations for elective offices close.
Nominations received after August 25th but prior to this date will be posted on October 18th to the web.

|Optional meeting of clergy with Bishop Hayashi.|
|October 24-25, 2014
Scheduled beginning time 9:00 a.m. Friday, ending at 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
|Diocesan Convention takes place at the Episcopal Commons (the Episcopal Church Center of Utah and the Cathedral Church of St. Mark, Salt Lake City).|
